We do laugh at the delivery times of some Chinese sites, but I have an expensive and important order from amazon.uk, shipped on the 20th of last month, over a month ago, that has not arrived and amazon has no idea where it is. The dhl tracking number just says it is in transit....

Remember to unscrew open the rear battery compartment and remove the insulating plastic circle.

then charge it.

Yeah, I did. Of course after I tried to switch it on beforehand, lol. It had charge, but I still left it to charge mostly out of curiosity to see how the charging works :D

One thing I know for sure: I'm never again ordering from that site. It arrived on the 40th day after the day of payment ..........

From china I have had orders arrive after two months...  40 days is reasonable.

And from amazon UK in 1 month...

The problem is that sometimes you get it in 2 weeks, sometimes in 2 months, depending on how they sent it

Hmm, I see. If a whole month passes, I'm starting to think I'll never get the item. That's been I think only my second item to arrive so late. Maybe I'm lucky :D

So far I like it. It's smaller than I thought, so it's cooler lol

It is too small, in a way  :D

The running time worries me as the capacity is small, compared to AAA size LiIon batteries

I checked my eBay - I have an order from November which has not arrived yet  :D :D :D

:ahhh I'd have gone crazy by now  :ahhh

I'm not worried by the runtime, why? I think 6hrs on 10lumens is okay and the max mode for the given 30 minutes is okay, too. The regular AAAs I use also give you about 100 luments for half an hour -45 minutes.

I'll see how I'll carry it. Now I put the "lanyard" on it, maybe I'll really carry it this way in summer and have it as a back-up light. The low -mode on the i7r is very useful this way, but then the switching on is way easier, too (just pull). For this one you'll need twooo hands probably. I'll see tonight :D

I've just turned it on on max to see if it'll really go for half an hour as stated :D
