Quote from: SAK Guy on January 15, 2016, 06:04:54 PMThanks guys!!!! Really happy with it. This is my first battery watch in 37+ years and I can't find what battery it uses anywhere on the net or how long they last or how to change it out. I am unworthy.....Isn't that information in the manual?

There's one way to find out.... take the back off. I just got a Casio Edifice chronograph for a good price. There's something about an analog watch that keeps drawing me back. Perhaps that it has mechanical AND electrical aspects to it. I've become quickly attached to this one http://www.amazon.com/Casio-EFM-501-1A4VCF-Edifice-Analog-Display/dp/B00DIA6T9K

It probably uses one of them newfangled AA batteries.
I bet it takes something easy to find. Worst case you may need to mail-order one.

I think when Amazon says "non standard" they mean its not AA, or AAA. I bet it is a common size "watch" battery. I have been wrong before so who knows.

You could drop a email to Wenger (Victorinox) and see if they can help. If not then you might just have to wait until the battery dies and you replace it. Once you pull the battery you will obviously know what kind it is and what you need to replace it with. Just write down the info for future reference. What model is it? I will see if I can find anything online.

I can mail order them probably easier than I can go to town.I just want a couple put back for when it dies....I do this for everything. My red dot on my rifle will last for like 8 years but I have 20 batteries put back for it because it's a funny size. Hell, they might even fit that watch....
