yeah it took FOREVER to cook that piggy.. next time i'll give u a holla just before we start the fire so u can catch the first flight and have enough time to get to Italy straight from New Zeland as soon as the table is set! really we had to wake up at 3 in the morning to make sure people can eat at noon.. good bbq though!
