I actually finished another first,  but I started this one first. It wasn't working,  so I gave up,  but it was eating at me so I  tried,  tried again.  I bought a mini,  but the flat blade/file was broken. I removed it added the bottle opener from the micra. I had to adjust the position and size of the hole. Then I worked with finding the right washer.  I ended up with plastic/cloth material washer and cut to size. As I needed the right balance of pressure.

What did you use to enlarge the pivot?

Is there a major difference is thickness between the file and the Micra bit you inserted?

Yes,  that is why I needed the washer, the file was much thicker. I used a 3/16th metal drill bit. That was just a hair too small still, so I flipped it on its side and used pressure with the  drill bit until it fit.
