Everything looks new and unused, do you have any used gear?

I only started buying edc stuff last year, for a camping trip, but we didn't end up going, so I haven't had a chance to use most of it.
Plus, I try not to complicate things. Why use a ferro rod if a Bic lighter can do the job easier?

Having a ferro rod probably won't help if you don't know how to use it.

Using a ferro rod is harder than it looks.

Its pretty fun to start say a BBQ fire using your ferro rod.  Sure the lighter is faster but why not have a fun time and put the skill to test?

It's in my "to do" list, but what will the others think when I pull out my rod?

Plus a new firesteel doesn't seem to throw sparks very well until the top coat is off :tu: You have some very nice looking organized gear though :tu: Thanks for the pics

Thanks!  I might attempt getting the OCD badge. Once I figure out what sort of things have to be put in order.

Less than 200 posts and already at 6 badges!

You seem like you are on a mission!   :D

Unlike Gold Hat, I think we do in fact need more badges.
