How I keep a needle and thread in my Victorinox Cybertool

There is some room under the wood saw where I keep a needle and some thread. The thread is about 1m long. Put both ends of the thread through the loop of the needle and wrap the thread around the needle.

The needle is wrapped in a small bit of paper, thread wrapped around the lot.
Both the bottle and can openers are opened to remove it (using the tweezers).

Thank you! I have my first SAK for a couple of months now and I really love it.

Won't the saw cut the thread though?

I have the needle and thread stored there without any problems for about two months now.

I keep a needle in the paracord lanyard. If thread is needed, I'll take it from the paracord. It's more Rambo style, you know...

That's awesome! I've got a mini sewing kit as part of my edc, so I don't incorporate it in my SAKs. I was thinking of putting a sewing needle in the straight pin slot, and putting thread somewhere, looks like I might try this.

Thank you and welcome to the forum!  :tu:
