IR flashlight recommendations?

Looking to compliment my Gen2+ NV monocular with extra lighting out to approx 300 meters ,

Any recommendations, looking for mil spec at a minimum ,

Nitecore CI6

This one has an 1500mW emitter at 850nm.
It is also price-wise quite interesting as it runs at about 80$.

Ended up getting Ian from irlightbuilds in UK to make me a custom zoomable T-20 with the brightest 850nm light diode you can currently buy today , 3 modes , uses 18650 ,

At 400 +metres I was impressed , great service and fast post , highly recommended
