I spent the day out in the woods with a very good friend of mine, looking for historical sites etc.

The first one was the remains of an old Resistance hut from ww2.
The hut had been used by a small cell of the local resistance during the war.
Unfortunately there was very little left of it. But we found the plaque and what must have been part of the fundation of the hut.
(Sorry about not getting a better pic of the text)

We then proceeded to the mines of Glomsrudkollen wich I have visited many times before.

We where escorted by sheep some of the way: :D


We found quite a lot of rocks with metals in them containing copper and Iron:

All in all it was a good day out. :)

Looks like a great hike mate.  You certainly had better weather then I've had over here.
