That is an awesome looking sheath Gohard
Do you sell the leather sheaths at all?
My folders tear up ALL my pockets. One thing I fond that works well is those iron on jean patches. I used one to "patch" the torn pocket and its been great since. No wear or tear and it is holding strong. You will notice it unless the color match is perfect, but I personally do not mind. You may if it is a office setting.
I be all like "Woman I can't have my pants thrown away That money is for MTs "

Kevin, here's a few samples of my sheaths I make. Enjoy (Image removed from quote.)
Gohard, you have pm
Got that.
Another option - which perhaps I talk about too much - are 5.11 Tac-lite Pro pants. Maybe you can't wear them to every workplace, but they have a vertical pocket just below the left front pocket, which is a great place to stash an MT. Even a large MT like an ST300 can be carried with relative ease. I generally prefer a nylon belt holster, but there are many good options from 5.11 pants to Skinths to custom leather sheaths. And after a day or two, your brain gets tired of thinking about your new carry option, and it forgets that it is there.
I changed my carry method. I now have a rather nice belt clip leather sheath, hand made by Gohard. I've attached a few pics of it below. I'll do a full write up of it in the sheaths and carry methods sub forum. Thanks Gohard, an excellent piece of craftsmanship
