Lux-Pro from Lowes
on:
June 19, 2016, 01:29:24 AM
The last couple of weeks doing work above dropped ceilings i have been using a flashlight my dad gave me last year. It's bright, cheap and uses aaa batteries. Lux Pro is the brand and the other day while buying lumber I noticed Lowes carries them. Think i'm gonna try a couple more types of the brand as they seem pretty good for cheap.
I'm using the 320 lumen currently. Maybe this belongs in cheap and cheerful as it is both.

They have a ton of them at my Lowes.
Didn't try one as I have a number of good lights already.

stay away from nite-ize inova headlamp with the slide thing on top, some kind of capacitive touch mechanism which didnt work so hot, and the bracket broke after using it about 5 times. It was cheap on clearance, I see why now, had to return it.
