Hi Gang,

This is a very belated pictorial thank you to Joe58 for his amazing 500th post GAW at the beginning of the year.

The postage took a little while, and I have mislaid an item, however the delay was mainly due to my inertia :twak:

The GAW was outrageously generous and I was the very lucky winner - It was like Christmas all over again.

So first there was a Minichamp and a Pioneer - both dressed in black.
I tool the liberty of including my black Farmer in this shot to make it a happy family



I was very thrilled to receive the alox Minichamp as I had wanted one of those for a while.
I was thinking it would be mainly a collection item - But to my great surprise I have been using a tool I never thought I would.
The spatchelor - It is very handy when you need to scoop something or when you need a smooth edged tool  :tu:
 
Like they always say about SAKs and Multitool (tools) - "You never know you need it until you have it"

And there's more
A really handy sharpener and small flashlight - Also dressed in black - There was a bit of a theme going on here!!



The sharpener is very useful as it has the circular rod - which is great for serrated blades, I never had anything like that
And the torch lives in my daily man bag now.

And there’s more:
A black Space Pen – I secreted the pen away somewhere safe, as I did not want my family nicking it – However it was so safe I have forgotten where I put it – But it will turn up - I know it’s in the house somewhere!!

These were the specified prizes for the GAW

However if that was not enough Joe threw in a couple of bonuses  :o

An Opinel – I did not have one of these, but always wanted one, so again was super thrilled to receive that.
And a very nice and interesting Miner’s utility knife.
Both of these are extremely sharp and are great cutters/slicers
 


So thank you so much Joe for a really generous GAW  :tu:  :salute:  :)
– In fact I feel quite guilty winning all these goodies –
However, look to your left, a significant event is coming up!
I am planning to share the love with my own NLC GAWs – One of which will be put up today

And I will sit out this year's 10th anniversary GAWs
- Although I am sorely tempted by the MTo Micra - Always wanted an MTo branded tool  :tu:
