Ooooh not good, at least you lived to tell the tail  :tu:

Woohoo Day 16!

Well, maybe you want your room to be repainted and need to move your closet, so the painters can work easily.
That is when you reach out to your Wave in order to remove the heavy, mirrored "door" of your Ikea closet, as seen in the photo.

Of course, you may realize that this was not needed at all because even without the door being detached, the closet can indeed be just pushed away without hassle. Uhm, well, still, Wave did its job...  :imws:

Day 17.

Attempting to remove the hinge of the balcony door. Well, I say "attempt" because I realized I've been losening the wrong screw  :D :D
But still, Wave did what it was supposed to do  :tu:

Day 18.

Oh well,it's been a hot and tiring day. Here is my Wave, helping me unpack the pieces of wood (beams?) which are going to be used as the skeleton of the indoor climbing wall we're building for a friend.
This LM is gonna help us more during this project.

Day 19.

Looking at the photos I felt like I use the screwdriver and the knife only

Well, this time it was an Ikea (again) bed frame. This is where the mother-in-law of a friend is gonna sleep, so we had to set it up fast and in a stable way  :D :D .

Thank you, Leatherman, for saving my charisma (this is a local expression actually) and my friend's serenity :))

(Sorry the pics are tilted for some reason :(

Thank you very much Poncho!

And here comes photo #20!
Sorry I was not able to post it earlier, I just arrived home.
We built an indoor climbing wall for the kids of a friend, we just finished today. Here is my Wave, sawing off an excess piece of wood from the "plate".  :tu: :multi:

Well, yesterday we finished the climbing wall, today it was time to celebrate with BBQed salmon and beer. And beer does not open on its own, so it's Wave time!

Well, needed to remove a few nails from the skirt (I hope I chose the right word) after a paint job, luckily Wavy was nearby  :D

And I wonder why I sound like a lame advertisement...

Maan, these days are never ending...
Okay, here is another one. Thank you Mr Wave for giving me a hand when I needed to scrape off soft silicone from that slab of wood (which I later decided not to use but this is not LM's fault  :D )

Photo #24, yay!

I prefer tape measures but when they are not available or you are too lazy to go and fetch one you simply grab your MT!

Here's Mr Wave helping me measure the width of a plastic foot in Bauhaus (which is a huge DIY store).

Photo #25!

6 more days!  :tu:

The cut-off mechanism of the toilet flush has been failing for a week now. Normal I open it up and do whatever's necessary but this time removal of the whole toilet bowl is necessary. Not something I haven't done before but I guess you get lazy and be like "Yeah, okay, I did this before, nothing exciting here, so maybe I call a professional and spend my energy on new and exciting stuff instead" as you get older. Still, the kid that keeps saying "Man, it's been a week, aren't you fed up with this??" made me open the up the system again and thus today's photo. (Excuse me, I'm kinda tipsy, I guess this causes me to blabber a lot.)

In the photo you see the famous Wave and it's small-yet-awesome scissors cutting off some gasket, which is gonna go into a particular place in the mechanism. FYI, I'm still at the testing phase, dunno whether my fix works or not, yet...

I better shut up and post before I say "I love you, guys" and sway away...

Actually, at the moment I'm using the MT to clean up the edges of pieces of wood I cut this morning but I already posted today's photo, so...
I wonder what's gonna be tomorrow's use.   :climber:

Photo #26

Yay! Yesterday I was wondering whether I can come up with something to use my Wave with, but I forgot to take into consideration that life is weird and full of surprises.
So here it is. The big headlight belongs to my father's bicycle when he was a kid. Somehow the thing lived up to today (is this the right expression?) and had been collecting dust. I decided to put an LED spot inside and combine it to an old old metal tripod from my grandfather. I hope I'm not boring you with too much family stuff :)

In the photo you can see me remove that screw at the bottom of the housing. I'm gonna use that hole to run the cable coming from the wall plug  to the LED.

FYI! About yesterday's post. The flush system IS working pretty fine lol. I didn't expect that, frankly. If it keeps working like this we're gonna return the new flush mechanism -that still is sitting in its box- since it's not needed anymore  :D :D
