Please look at the pictures for condition.   I feel the condition is good with lots of life left in them.  They don't have insoles so you will need to get some. 

I'm editing my post.  These are free to a good home if you'd like to get into some nice hikers.  You pay shipping and they are yours.

GREAT BOOTS. Comfortable and durable to boot  I had a pair that lasted years with lots of abuse hiking and mountain biking. I would definitely recommend.

I also own two pairs of Merrells, both are Chameleon GTX's, and I love them, great walking shoes  .

But I see these are size 44,5 (Euro size), and I need a 46 ... 

It's very generous of you to give these away for free, the person who gets these will sure get some good use out of these, judging by the condition in the pics.

Yeah I'd keep them but I wear 12 US.  They are great shoes for the cost of shipping ( US ), UK might not be as cost effective. 

I've worn Merrels and also swear by them.   

Come on guys take these from me.  Shipping cannot be too expensive.  Lots of life for someone who wants kicking around the yard, occasional treks, honey do list, or whatever else shoes.

Honestly though, who buys expensive hiking boots and keeps the stock insoles? Good insoles can be had fairly inexpensively, and make even bad shoes comfortable.

The stock insoles for these aren't bad at all. They're nothing like high end gel or memory foam inserts, but they're pretty good on their own. I have two pairs of Moabs myself; one older pair lives in my spares bag in my truck, the other newer ones I wear almost daily. The only down shot is that finding these in wide sizes seems to be tricky. Other than my old Doc Martens, they're the most comfortable boots I've owned.
