Some bad news. Please take a moment
on:
August 12, 2016, 02:39:30 AM
I just got some very bad news from Bob, aka J-Sews. Longstanding member JoeBW has passed away. I don't have any details to share at the moment, but rest assured I will pass along any info that may come my way.
Many of you may not remember Joe, as he hasn't posted in some time, but there was a time when he was a regular fixture around here. And, I had the good fortune to have
met him and his wonderful wife Hilary in 2008
.
L-R: Hawkchucker (John), Me, J-Sews (Bob), Joe and Hilary
Joe was a great man and I am proud to have met him and had him as a member here. I do know that in recent years his health wasn't the best, but I don't know if that was related or not. Either way, he will be missed, and he will always live on as a member here.
I have added him to our In Memoriam usergroup, and he will always be remembered alongside John, Travis, Jeff, Howard and Dave. Whoey will be temporarily replace our Tenth Anniversary logo with our black banded logo in the morning, and I hope you will all join me in offering our condolences to Hilary.
Thanks for your time.
Grant

Joe was always a good member here and would help out any way he could. He was very knowledgeable about LM definitely and I was always glad to see when he posted. My condolences to his wife Hilary and to his whole family. Truly a great member of the MTO family was lost.
