Can an expert modder confirm that I can just use a blades-layer spring from 93mm, and drill the holes bigger in the 2 tools (phillips and mag) and that's all I need to do to fit them on an Alox 93mm knife? Looks like it's the right thickness.

Or do I have to grind the spring down where the tool rests against it?

The Phillips works pretty well as is, the mag glass does sit up pretty high in stock form. I removed the tab from the ring that is used to open the magnifier in a 91mm SAK. It's easy enough to "pinch" from the sides to open it in the slimmer 93mm frame.
But the mag glass frame is plastic so it's pretty easy to work.
The other thing you may need to do is a little extra tension on the backspring. That's easy to do with soft jaws in a vice and a "calibrated tap" with a hammer.
