Powernoodle's EDC Challenge
on: August 23, 2016, 07:26:08 PM
In the spirit of Grant's fine EDC Challenge thread, and in conformity with the glorious and esteemed badge rules, I'm posting a pic of my current EDC and challenging two others to do likewise.

I'm challenging Zoidberg and Aberdrew13 to post pics of their EDC!

- Kahr PM9 in Uncle Mike's #4 pocket holster
- spare PM9 magazine in kydex belt sheath by kytexgear.com.
- Leatherman Rebar (getting warmed up for Obi's September Challenge)
- Spyderco Endura with added stainless clip
- Streamlight Stylus Pro with Eneloop rechargeable batteries
- Micro Sharpie marker
- Victorinox Manager

Except for the Endura, these EDC items represent the smallest tools (toys?) that still provide adequate utility.  I could go smaller on the Endura, but I just like it.  Not shown is my old school Samsung S2 Skyrocket, which refuses to die.

Let's see 'em, zoidberg and Aberdrew13!

Challenge accepted!

Today was a light carry sort of a day.
So no wallet, phone or keys being lugged around.
And the following trio has been my go to for some time now.

ZelbraLight H52W powered by an eneloop pro.
Victorinox Pioneer X for the excellent awl and scissors.
Leatherman Signal carried in a Gohard made leather sheath.

I am going to challenge...

Top-Gear-24 and Megan to post pics of their EDC!

I am away and apparently have the lamest EDC of the bunch! I'm glad Grant remembered to throw this little SAK into my checked luggage as I was headed out the door.
I took an hour or so emptying out all my bags and purse before heading on a Friday's flight.

Made sure the trinkets were in the shot so it didn't look quite as lame!

Victorinox Silvertech Climber
Keys to the Suburu I am driving here.
Pins: Halifax and CBC Canada
Earrings

I challenge Kevin Davey and Syncop8r to post pics of their EDC!!!!!

I was challenged by Powernoodle, so here's my pocket dump.

Phone, external battery pack, wallet, flashlight, handkerchief, business card holder, Burt's Bees, Leatherman Micra, old Timex Ironman watch with paracord band, paracord bracelet, Harley keys with modded single side Micra, other keys with Leatherman Brewzer and Cross keychain pen, and my Reaver.

I challenge SteveC and Poncho65.  Good luck gentlemen.

Thank you lobsterboy for challenging me ...  ::)

 :)

Bad day for taking an EDC pic  ::).  I'm going geocaching with my boys this afternoon, so I'm packing a lot of stuff.  Anyway, here we go:

- Leatherman Wave BO
- Swisschamp (red) with Victorinox belt clip/chain system
- Mora Companion
- Led Lenser F1 (giveaway last year, thank you MTO and Leatherman  ;))
- Petzl Tikka XP
- Paracord bracelet (wetland camo, made by TG-24)
- Suunto MB-6 Global Compass
- Garmin GPS Map60CSX
- Garmin Fenix watch
- Topomaps of the region (made by NGI Belgium)
- Boonie hat in Belgian jigsaw camo
- Mil-Tec copy of a Maxpedition Jumbo
- Kleankanteen 40oz/1182 ml water bottle

After I picked up all my stuff I noticed I forgot my watch, and since I was not very keen on placing all my stuff on the ground again I took this pic:

So, I am going to challenge ...
