I no longer have the power tools at my disposal that I used to make the SAK scales with - so this is going to be a proper hand crafted job, lol.

Excellent, glad it's going well.  Got a belt sander, pillar drill, Dremel and a bunch of other useful stuff in the shed if you want to use them.

I should be OK, but I appreciate the offer (and we should definitely get together one night for a pint regardless)!

I had to sell my belt sander and pillar drill when we converted the garage, but I still have a Dremel (Proxon in fact, but same difference). I am toying with getting a shed actually and furnishing it with some power toys, but I'll wait and see if my contract gets renewed first I think :D

Fortunately, I think all I'm going to need for this knife is a hammer and some sand paper and a bit of effort  :tu:
I used to come here a lot.
