WTB genuine Burtech Pocket Wrench II - shipping to UK

Hi - I'd like to purchase a  genuine Burtech Pocket Wrench II (not the Chrome Vanadium Latshaw one nor a Chinese copy), shipping to UK. These seem to be hard to get in Europe and the only places in the USA that seem to ship to Europe want to charge an outrageous amount for postage. Preferably in "as new" (or near to that) condition. Thanks!
