  • My precious !! Multi-tool !!
One of Adam's everyday carries is his favorite multi-tool, the Leatherman Wave.
Adam makes a custom metal holster based on his own design

It just looks like a belt loop version of the metal one I bought for a surge, they are very comfy to wear, it just has the weight at the top instead of the bottom, but you soon get used to that.

It's a bit funny that he messed up the first one and it had no retention so had to remake it

Interested in getting one.

Same here. My pocket clip alone scrapes the walls of the house all the time.

A plastic version might be okay but I'd probably snap it.

I've only used it half a dozen times when I am going to be out on plant, 99% of the time I use the sheath you made for me.  My work surge is already scratched up so I wasn't bothered about scratching it, but I haven't noticed any scratches it has added. I bought it for a slip on quick access sheath for out on plant that I wasn't bothered about damaging, and it certainly fills that slot nicely.

If it ever got squashed I'd replace it with something similar, though not from the same seller. There's some interesting ones on etsy that are 3D printed, I wonder how robust they are...

Ditto, every time I go anywhere and I have a pocket clip on I literally walk with a hand covering it if near a car,, yet with an old school heavy leather sheath the only worry is the snap? Yet what if you used that rubber tool handle dip and painted it on the snap? Heck get a color to match something! I have two both black, one with red stitching and the other with blue stitching..
