Have been using them for some time now. With that said lately the quality and customer service is smurf. Clips sent with wrong size screws and no attempt to make it right besides suggesting to buy the right size tap wth! Latest order was for screws. Again sent the wrong item and have sent CS what they asked for and have not replied or addresses the problem. I will not be doing business there again and suggest all of you do the same.

Well they supposedly sent the correct screws. Still not going to continue business with them.

Getting harder and harder to find supply stores these days.

I was told by TowerHobbies they couldn't replace stock for Spur Gears "because they aren't popular"

We have been customers for 16ish years now and you can't replace something we have ordered for 14 of those 16 years?

Very true. I have a deep love for accumulating random knife/MT parts as well as other parts for things. I wish I could put more money and effort into it. I would love to have my own parts store, but I hate selling so it probably would not work out so well.  :D
