How much do you want to spend? But as far as recurves go, you can try something used. Takedown tend to cost more, but vintage recurves can be had for under $100, if you shop right. I got a few Pearsons and Herters that way.If going for a new takedown recurve, the cost goes up. I'd avoid the Internatures and Samicks. Cheap, but cheaply built. You can get a better used recurve. Do you want a metal riser or wood riser? For a metal riser recurve at a great rpice, try looking at Quinn's archery: http://www.tradtalk.com/ckshop.php?category=21Quinn also does wood risers.
In think a 100 Euro is like $500 American. You should be golden. but seriously, A 62" Quinn comet would be $170, or about $116 Euro. Quinn makes real good limbs, and have a reputation for quality. If going the one-piece vintage recurve route, I'd go for a Pearson (used Bears are overvalued). Not sure if quinn ships overseas, but their website is here: http://www.quinnsarchery.com/quinn's_archery_001.htm
i could use something with about 175-250 lb,and aroows speeds over 300fps.
I quite like this one http://www.quicksarchery.co.uk/superbasket/product.php?product=1504 but the draw weight is a bit on the low side at 28lb
