Retired but still working

Quick shot of all my Leatherman tools.
I love retired multitools whose production has already ended. My tools still have a job and moreover have powerful cool factor :multi:

exactly, the older tools are sweet. The slim profile of the PST looks so pocket pleasing  ;)

Have to agree that older LM's are seriously classy, I just love the big hunk of steel and no nonsense approach of simple engineering. I think most of the current LM's are real ugly. Yeah, maybe the tolerances are tighter, but that's because LM want to save money on better manufacturing productivity costs.

The old school tools have a certain charm that isn't replicated in their current range. And for the record - I hate the new charge scales.
I don't claim to know it all, but what I do know is right.

Me too Tosh as prefered the old tti scales ,plus prefer the older lm models, I carry most days a pst as pocket friendly in my little pouch, and the original super tool for bigger jobs,I like the basic designs ,think some mt are becoming too over engineered and complicated, oddly Iike the gen1 ST's basic locking system as less things to break, nice selection there partizaN  :salute: had all of those at one point, great tools  :tu:
