GSO 4.1

Heard that they could slip when wet and using them for some tasks. Any truth to that?

Indeed, Noticed it on my GSO 10... If the handles are allowed to gum up with sweat & such... The Micarta can become slippery. But thats prolonged use without any maintenance. They wash very easily with dish washing liquid.

So far so good. 100" cardboard cut with one spot on blade- no dulling
Stuck into a tree- still in one piece

Any other reasonable tests anyone wants to see? Maybe I'll start a thread  ::)

I would probably get Tasered

I/we bought the scythe for a friend to use in his garden, I had to get one of the handles wielded, I gave the blade a sharpen and oiled the wood with linseed oil :tu:

Binky is Death's steed, named so by Death because it is "a nice name".[1] He is a living horse; Death tried a skeletal steed, but kept having to "stop and wire bits back on".[5] Death also tried a fiery steed, but it repeatedly set his barn and his robe on fire.
