@ John :     (at the tale, not your wife's misfortune )  I think the only knife I've done that with is the Vic. Baker's Knife.  Razor sharp, vicious snap and a thin tool. Take care if you get to play with one.

I had an Extrema Ratio folder once...thing would put most fixed blades to shame.  I can't imagine what their fixed blades are like.
