Looks like it could be useful. Never tried one though. :-\

I've also seen the same device listed as a "scuba tool"

That looks nice I have something similar the Eklind 22461 it doesn't have any wrenches though.

i had in my diving box,somthing very similar but with plastic handles,the wrenches were to fit into different valves et on oxygen tank and so on.
