First is Kaimaki with Chios Mastic and, preferably salepi (Orchis Mascula orchid), with sour cherry homemade sweet and sirup and Aegina (or Antemp in Turkey) pistachio. The ice cream of gods, second to none.
Then a classic chocolate/pistachio combination.
Old, good Kassato, with fruits glassees.
Then, any italian gelato.
Finally, I also like the pop art ice creams of Ben & Jerry (Chunky Monkey for me also) and the rich varieties of Haagen Dazs.
For industrial ice creams, give me Ion chocolate with almonds any day.
But, selection No1, Kaimaki, is sensational. Don't permit yourselves to die without tasting it (a real one, from Turkey or Greece, were there are a lot of fakes also), unless they serve it in Paradise, something quite reasonable now I think of it.

Hmm :think: let me think on this one.. A good cold one! I like chocolate moose tracks, but then again mint chocolate chip, yet pretty much anything loaded with chocolate chips, Heath, fudge, or Carmel.. I really like those snicker cones, that are loaded with all sorts of stuff!

I don't eat too much ice cream since I am lactose intolerant and tend to suffer if I eat too much. With that said, I still eat it.
I knew my wife was a keeper when she transitioned from calling it a knife thingy to a multi-tool.
