It's funny you should say that, I saw a very similar watch recently (difference seems to be colour) and have been drooling over it the last few days. The one I saw was the SNDA27P1. But the black one seems to be SNDA57P1.

The strap would be aftermarket.

Only downside I can see is that I would have preferred sapphire glass, I truly belive that to be unbreakable.

Now that I got a promotion at work I sit behind a desk roughly 70% of the time. Here's my updated carry. While sitting behind a desk is boring as smurf, I do feel a lot lighter without a plier based tool.

Here is what I carried today.  Not shown are wallet, Casio G-Shock watch, spare AAA battery, handkerchief, keys.

I usually carry a pliers type multitool.  Lately I have been carrying separate pliers, knife, and screwdriver.  That permits me to distribute the weight in different pockets instead of carrying a single heavy lump of steel.

I've been meaning to get a cattleman tool but hadn't done so yet. I have been wondering if it holds a candle to the spyderench, ok maybe not that good but a cheaper alternative. I love my spyderench but due to its discontinued nature don't push it too hard.

Well, definitely not on the same league, metal is indeed softer and construction weaker, it doesn't feel like it's date much abuse. The adjustable wrench is very light duty, but the pliers are tough and can handle big nuts (I've scratched them badly, though, but they still align and close well)

Blade is cheapo pot steel, will dull from minimal use but locks perfectly and can easily be sharpened back. The drivers are non-locking, and are short reach (ala backside Phillips from SAKs) but I can't say they don't work.
The best is IMO the pocket clip and plier head/locking system, the worst is blade steel, adjustable wrench and it's quite a heavy tool

I can't complain for the price, though, and recommend it for $15. I have both smaller version (with three exchangeable bits and slipjoint blade) and this big one, which I much prefer
