Ok, I have decided that I pocket carry too much crap :-[,  So I have had a re-shuffle and have changed some things, moved some things to my coat and bag and ditched some things completely.  So I have now reduced what I have in my pockets from this;

To this;

http://i157.photobucket.com/albums/t41/benniehunts/IMG_2013.jpg

It's far more comfortable to sit down now.  :D

Not sure how long it will be before more and more stuff starts creaping back in or how long I can cope without the Sebbie  :D, but this is going to be my EDC (in addition to the stuff in my coat and bag) for a while.

What! No Arc!!  :D  Looks good, Ben.  :tu:

It's on my keys.  ;) :D
I'm back!!

Benner,

What will you miss most?

Your Sebbie OR your lipsalve  :P

As someone who gets incredibly sore, chapped and split lips both really.  Although I now carry Chapstick in my bag instead.

I've been trying to keep mine simple as well:  :tu:

I now carry the alox classic in my wallet as I have too much junk on my keys.

Greg is the guy who made my custom Umnumzaan pocket clip for me. He has some cool toys and is one heck of a nice guy!  :tu:

Good work Ben :) That looks to be about how much stuff I carry daily, albeit not necessary pocket carry :)

That's still a lot of keys! I only have 1 key on mine, even the car key is on the seperate ring that I only grab when I drive.

I know it!  ::)  I can't figure out to get rid of the keys. If I carry two keychains I'll never remember one or the other and won't have the keys I have with me that I need them.

Big step backward there, Benner!  That Sebenza is a pitiful substitute for the big Wenger Ranger that was in your last EDC pic. ;>

But seriously, I do nearly the same thing.

Whenever I carry the big Vic OH-GAK, I always miss having the nice, light, flipper-activated Boker Trance clipped into my right front pocket.  Plus I also carry a Gerber Clutch to have some plier capability.

Whenever I carry the Boker Trance, then I also carry a Vic Mechanic to replace the capabilities lost by not carrying the OH-GAK and the Clutch.

Decisions, decisions....

LOL, I do the same.  :D  I find that as soon as I replace one thing in my edc, I keep chopping and changing the rest around until I get the perfect set up, which, 9 times out of 10, is the original lot I had anyway.  ::) :D

This may be why women (not me I hasten to add), keep changing all their accessories constantly... shoes and bags and trinkets etc... never made much sense to me!  ???

For me it takes months to really change anything on my edc setup.
I do alot of planning though. As i know my plans will change every now and then anyway im often a bit slow with bringing them to life.
Those i do will last a long time (about 6 months  ;) ) though.

My last EDC kit was this:

minus the green bag which holds all my washing equipment.

The three remaining tools are a Zebrlight H60 with Zipka-Headband, an HTC Tytn2 and a LM Charge TTi.
Not depictured: My wallet with the LM Bits and a Pencil

Boah, EDC setup is science!

Which tool to carry on  my EDC bag?
Additional SAK ?
Which bag, how big?
Wallet, Gadgets, Pens?
Light?

and, even worse, setup WITHOUT bag, pocket carry.

Do I wear cargo pants today? No? No minimalist EDC! (Suit? Nicer lightweight minimalist EDC)
Do I wear cargo pants today? Yes? So larger EDC!
Which tool? keychain, pocket size or full size?
Which folder? And do I carry a backup folder? (Spyderco Police AND Fällkniven U2 for example)
Pens? Notebook?
Wallet or just some money? (If I don not need cards, why carry them?)
Cellphone! Headphones?
Any space left?
Flashlight?
Flashlight!  :D
Lighter...

My BAG setup is pretty much the same every day, if I change something it is changed for a good reason. I just got a new, smaller bag, for I just needed my HUGE EDC bag I have for early spring/ fall/ warmer winter carry - room to carry a jacket or hoodie in case it gets colder.
My summer bag is much smaller. an Urban Tool SlotStar, containing wallet, Vic Rucksack, Vic Spirit, Pens, Sharpie, Moleskine Notebook, FAK, some goodies. Laptop when I need it.

My POCKET setup changes every day. Some things are with me very often (favourite knives, LM Juice), but nothing is save from staying at home when I pack my pockets in the morning. OK, my phone is save, I replace it every 2 years, but carry it every day in that time.

I´d love to see EDC bags, btw. Carrying a lot of stuff, keeping it lightweight and organized is science too!
