Its good to see new ideas assuming it is original but I'm not reassured by the "safety" blade.  Looks like a pocket finger magnet to me.  Also the incorporation of the blade seems to have left quite a narrow section.  Plus I only rate small OPTs that provide a 13mm wrench.  Too common a size to ignore.   So nice try but next.

Needs a strong spring loaded safety flap maybe.... 
Other than that, I agree,  looks scary.

Their Utili-Key is my all time favorite MT, but I am not a fan anything from them.

Bought the Micro slim flat tool, the 1/4 inch bits wont fit in the 1/4 inch hole, but after several tries i was able to finally expand the hole enough. not total junk but small nail puller works on big staples and it now resides in my lunch box tool kit as a pry tool.http://www.swisstechtools.com/proddetail.aspx?pid=120
