The Kick's pocket clip can be used on the medium sized knurled screws found on the PST.

there's a couple of other threads you can find by searching, "knurled screws" is the term you want i believe.

Or you can just use two pliers if their corners haven't been rounded off.

Yep, the Leatherman Kick pocket clip accessory (available for around $5 at several internet sites or eBay) is probably your best bet.
