No hurries  :D

Edit: actually I prefer nickelsilver. Brass is fine too.

You're aware that the stock liners are nickel silver?

Thin stuff, I'm worried about that with an extra scissors layer.
Might as well go the extra mile and start over.. ;)

A blue cadet with scissors and a pocket clip!  Knifekits sells these very small steel clips that just suit a cadet size perfect I think.

Robert, is that your anodizing?  That blue is spectacular.   Beautiful mod too.

I get the impression that you are able to manufacture brass liners.  Is that possibly true?

I believe that's the factory anodizing judging by the shield still being a contrasting color. All of Syph's anodized scales that I've seen here have been solid color throughout (though he may have a few irons in the fire for that too). Still, as I said before, that's a great shade of blue there.

Yep that's Vic blue.  Mine is very slightly darker.

And yep I make my own brass and colored Al liners.  Brass always looks nice IMO.  The anodized colored liners look good for accent too.  Black scales with red liners is an awesome look.

I have to agree. Black scales and Red liners looks tops.  :tu: I think Black Scales with Blue Liners would look great as well. Wouldn't stand out as much, but I think it would look good. Dang I need a Syph Custom.  :ahhh Just for reference can you PM me a General price on a 91mm with scissors and colored scales (undecided on color) and colored liners (undecided on color)?

I finished my 100th custom alox SAK build tonight, and it is a big fat 5 layer monster!  The spring tension in this sucker was significant.  Popping the final scale on required my bench vice.

I tried so many different ways of fitting all these tools in, and this was the best I could come up with.  Only the electrician blade is a bit hard to get to with the inside nail nick, but the rest are all good.  I wanted to put the eblade with the phillips but it was way too long and hit the phillips head.

I will recommend the customer to sheath carry, or get reinforced pockets! :D

 :tu: :tu:  What a beast.

Should have been some commemoration of being 100th mod.

If you'd had your crystal ball working and predicted the colour of scales it was going to be you could have got #100 engraved on the panel before Anodizing.

Oh, and stunning work as usual.
