Right first up in no way am I a sexist or particularly shallow!

Ok with the disclaimer out of the way , let us proceed. Do you find that the older you get that your not as paticularly picky where women are concerned, I don't mean that you have no standards, more that your more appreciative of certain qualities

For example, you notice a women in a bar say, and she's pretty plain, but has a nice smile, are you drawn too her , or do you never venture out of your 'league' and if they don't meet your specification so to speak, you don't give them a second look

I think its probably because of hormones. When we are young our body is flooded with testosterone which make us use our head below, as we get older fewer testosterone level tend to make use our head above. This is of course only my opinion.

I honestly think it works both ways, certainly I've pulled women way out of my league, purely because they were over 25 and realised what's important...or that they were desperate

Well I don't like the taste of any alcohol (+ I'm a lightweight ) but Stella was the thing to have when I were a lad

I haven't seen one of those mags in years, but I began to be bothered when I realized that the models in Playboy were actually getting YOUNGER than me. When I see the latest model on TV, I realize that now they could be my granddaughter if I had married early enough! I feel perverted if I even check them out. As to my standards dropping, I find myself looking for something other than physical attributes, like Tina Fey's gorgeous brain perhaps...

We are still lucky, because if you see a 80 year old man married to a 20 year old woman you would say the guy is cool.

It's one of life's first major slaps in the face, when the girls in the lad mags are younger than you.
Then you start to look at their birthdates, or you see the "must be born on xx" for buying liquor or smokes at the store and you think: "Egad! In my day......" And all of the sudden you are older than you thought.

Actually, Duckman, an 80 year old guy with a 20 year old girl may be cool to some, but it gives me the cringes. My sister watches a show call "The Girls Next Door" or title similar on satellite TV. It's yet another reality show based on three Playboy models who are apparently Hugh Hefner's co-girlfriends. I've caught bits of it and when those girls are messing around with Hugh, I tell you it's all I can do to keep my lunch down. I just noticed there's not an emoticon for nauseous on here!

Well to be honest Stella Artois http://www.stellaartois.com/ or better known as Wife beater or Stella Act-A-Tw*t is a very expensive and very strong lager . Its not for girls if you know what I mean 
   Another common thing is to give females a Stella rating . So a Stella rating of one would be an absolute goddess but a ten would be a right minger who I wouldnt even touch with Bens 
  I do drink it and its probably one of my favourite lagers but I prefer proper real Ale
