Should work.  Did it? :think:
"Some rise by sin, and some by virtue fall;
 Some run from breaks of ice, and answer none:
 And some condemned for a fault alone." -William Shakespeare, King Lear (1608), Act IV, scene 6, line 169

Greetings Energie!  :)

I like how you put the clip on the plier end, instead of the blades end where it is intended to go. That way the tool doesn't flop open when you have it clipped. Nice work!
In order to be certain of having the right tool for every job.........one must first acquire a lot of tools

hey energie  Did you remove the head from the bottom pivot cut it off drill it out and use it for a spacer?  I noticed you used the screw that comes with the clip on the bottom of the tool and I was just curious.  Great mod I had wondered if it were possible and now I see that it is.

Hmmmm, and apparently you would have had to completely disassemble the tool in order to remove the plastic inserts, in order to cut that notch in the handle.

Most impressive!  :multi:

Thanks to all for the welcome.

@BIG-TARGET
Works nice. The clip does not wobble.

@Leatherman123, Teofilo and J-sews
I´ve used regular pliers:

If you remove the small metal part, its possible to use a
spare clip as a wrench.

@Tsquare
You are right. First I´ve tried to bore the head of
the pivot. No chance. Very hard steel.

@J-sews
The plastic inserts came off easily.

     The fuse was a great choice for a clip.  Not to thick but has locking blades and scissors.  If you have pictures of the whole process step by step I am sure no one here would mind if you posted them.
