I have a wenger ranger everest with a slight difference than the one on the wiki, the flat head screwdriver/ bottle opener doesnt say pat.pend, its blank, it only says "patent" on one side of the main blade. Dont know if that is interesting or not.

Also if you need i can give pics of the ranger 120mm blade that i didnt find it in the wiki.

Thanks again. :D

Does anyone have the newer style Oboe knife with the NewRanger handles like the one in the link here. I remember seeing it here posted by someone but can't remember who.

@Ramon

Feel free to ad as many pictures as you like, we'll have a better chance determining what the knife is and we can always add it to the galleries. The galleries have a lot of pictures that aren't posted on the wiki pages but serve as an excellent reference point. :hatsoff:

Thanks, Gim.

I'll upload them to the sakwiki and attach them to the pages. I think the 3rd and 4th picture will be good additions. :tu:

Oboe knife is up. I decided to add the new version Gim posted to the existing one and added links to it in the 130mm index. We could split them up into two pages, NewRanger and original Ranger models, if you guys think it's necessary.

Mountaineer Ranger with translucent blue handles (17715)(Canada only?)

Didn't come out particularly well; may need to try it outdoors tomorrow.

Nice pictures!
The Mountaineer with the blue handels is the only model that I like from the old Rager line.
I did try to find one, but I have pretty much lost any hope.

The blue model was listed briefly in Wenger's Canadian catalog, but I could never find a dealer who carried it. Was beginning to think it was a 'planned but never made' item, when I lucked into one on ebay.

Pictures added and Sabla 9 page created but might require some edits. It needs regular scales identifiers and pictures. Also what scale options were available.

The green ones weren't only a German thing as I can find them in a few Czech and Russian shops also.

Here's a Russian (?) site with a black handled Sabla 9. Its number is  1 77 09, which corresponds to the info in my notes. Lot of other good info there also. Looks like there were a number of the green handled Rangers other than the two I have.

http://metalblade.eu/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=293&start=143

Noticed you left a note for the Ranger 107 on the blade info.

Corrected and added the identifier. It's a bulgarian site and I saw that username in the wiki, he has an account there and some of the pages were made by him but I don't know the username here. GMT, if you're reading this, please let me know.
