First off Welcome and glad to have you.  Secondly, when I first read the forum before I actually joined I thought much the same.  I thought here was a tight knit community of well established guys who could give a rats arse about a new guy. 

Well Josh I couldn't have been more wrong.  MTo is really about friendships and camaraderie.  You have no clue what goes on in PM with some members.  The generosity that has been exhibited the many terrific conversations I've personally had.

We love the new guy/girl and why they came here.  We love the new member because it's an injection of energy to our little slice of heaven. 

The truth is ( the way I see it ) new members show up on the anniversary give away. If they win the amazing prizes they sink back into the shadows.  I/We know not all as chatty as others and that's perfectly fine. 

I don't want any newbe to ever feel like WE as a whole don't care.  This is not true nor does it represent this community.

Sorry to rant and I sure hope you get what I'm saying.   
You are Welcome and whatever you have to offer is something that I/WE are very much interested in.
