How do I put a Philips & mag glass layer on 84mm Victorinox?

I'm wondering if it's possible to put a 91mm Philips & mag glass layer into an 84mm Vic and, if so, what spring is required? What about the larger pin holes in the 91mm tools? Thanks for any assistance.
