Need Some American Help

There is a LM I am more than a little keen to buy on US Ebay, I have contacted the seller & they will not ship/sell outside the USA. The Tool costs $100us & has free postage in the US. Immediate payment is required with paypal. I can transfer the funds to any US member via paypal , with immediate fund clearance. I am happy to cover all charges & can send more $ once shipping costs are worked out . Can any one please help me out  :cheers: :cheers: :cheers: :D :D :D
