Merit Badges Post your pocket dump photos then challenge two more members who must post their pocket dump photos within 24hrs for you to get the badge. Must update or add a page on the Multitool.org Multitool Encyclopedia Carry an orange item and post a picture of it everyday for 30 days. Start a thread with a photo of at least ten OPT's in your collection Participate in a challenge by carrying  a Leatherman Pulse or ST200 and post a photo of it  for thirty (30) consecutive days. Start a new thread and post a photo of the Leatherman MiniTool for thirty (30) consecutive days. In this challenge,  carry one(1) Pliers-based or Non-pliers multitool that we always have prejudice against, hate or even fear and post a picture everyday for 30 days Using EDC items randomly selected with a poker hand, post a photo of your EDC or a component of the EDC that got used during the course of the day for 4 weeks (or 30 consecutive days) In the spirit of the Batman utility belt. I want to install a pocket clip on my Crunch and was wondering if the clip of the Leatherman SideClip will fit? It looks the same to me but the screw head is different :think:

If anything it means that the sideclip
will have a smaller size hole on the clip

As with the Kick clip you need
the bigger screw that comes with it

I got the proper tools from ebay and WOW! are those screw difficult to remove.  I'm afraid I'm going to strip the heads...  Not to mention those tools are sharp and ripped my fingers apart.

Did you use heat to the pivot  :think:
As the pivot has got thread locker
that needs to be made soft again
The other thing you could try
Is to slightly tighten the pivot a bit more
As that will brake the seal of the thread locker 
And then you slightly undo the pivot
and then you tighten again
Do that a few times and then it should undo properly  :tu:
