So can anyone tell me just how tight the head on the Crunch should be out of the box?

Mine is so tight that it takes 2 hands to get it to swing around from closed to open or back.

If I made it loose I am afraid it might get too loose?

Is this the kind of thing that might work itself in or should I exchange it to try to find one a little less stubborn?

My Crunch is the same  :tu:
But has overtime become a bit less stiff
I don’t mind that the head is stiff

I wouldn’t want them being loose
as that can give the head sideways play
Especially when you try and grip something
That movement could leave marks on what ever
you are trying to grip because of the sideways play  :cheers:

I was thinking the same thing.
Also if it swings freely it would disconnect unless pressure was always on it while in use or getting ready and positioned for use.
