Yep, I left my original supertool inside the machine at work and up the scrap blower it went.
I also left a puma knife under a railroad track in Pa. I put it there so I wouldn't lose it.

I've lost 3 Victorinox SAKs:

Midnite Manager (sapphire): used it to fix my bicycle, then left it (and my keys) somewhere on the sidewalk
Black Huntsman: lost after a party @ university campus... that one was my first SAK
Saphhire Huntsman: lost somewhere in London after preparing lunch. The lunch was good though

I lost Victorinox Classic while skiinng-I fell and it just slipped from my jacket pocket...
It happened years ago, but I still remember that Classic because it was my first Victorinox, bought to me by my father.

I have lost a few knives but never a MT. (knock on wood) I sure hope I never lose a MT. I would be pretty mad.

The only losses that I recall that hurt are 2 Supertool 200's. One fell out of my back pocket somewhere in southern California, never knew where to even look. The second one fell down a fence post that we had just set in concrete. No hope getting it. So it's not really lost, I know exactly where it is.

I lost my Spyderco Endura while riding my motorcycle.It was clipped to my pocket and at my next stop it was gone.I will never clip a knife to my pocket again.I never replaced it and I miss it.May start looking for another one.

i misplace my knives all the time..might be in the bathroom cabinet, kitchen table, laptop bag..but never full on lost one.

i got a touch of ocd when it comes to keeping up with tools, knives, wallet , and keys. Wife is always moving my torch from the nightstand.

lost a cybertool-34 & SwissChamp. The cybertool was my first SAK. Till today i still have no idea how i lost it, because both were actually clipped to my pant pocket with a keychain clip. I bought both again & hopefully I won't loose it...
