Trade Mac (1st production run) Bear Jaws for thick head PST

I would like to trade my Mac marked Bear Jaws for a thick head late model PST.
The Bear is in excellent condition save for the flat driver which has had the side eased with a file to enable it to fit a smaller screw. Also comes with a saw blade.

I might be interested.  Perhaps I'm being daft but can you show me what model of Bear it is?  Thanks.

I'm not sure what model it is. It is non locking.
As you probably know it's very easy to change tools on these so I switched the original serrated blade for a saw, but it's easy to switch this back, i'll of course include both parts.
Btw the brownish colour here isn't rust, I think it's oil.

Well I have a 2002 PST that I will happily give up for it.  You can see it here: http://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,10620.0.html

As I noted in the review the file is worn down but other than that it's in great nick.

Not sure if this is allowed on this section, I do have a chance to buy a PST, so I would sell the Bear Jaws for £20 to help finance that.

Don't worry about it, I think it's a great deal BTW, you should have no trouble getting what you want.

Long as it's the thick head late version a PST swap would be cool :) can I ask what the condition is like ?

I have one almost the same ATM, but the plier pivot is plain where yours says Bear Jaws USA. Yours looks better I reckon :)

Anyway, this PST is a restoration job I did, and is now close to perfect. There are a couple of slight tarnish marks towards the tip of the blade which you can see pretty well in the pic, and a couple of light scratches around the tool, but it's basically tip-top. There's no wear or damage to any of the tools, it was basically just left to rust until I cleaned it up.

If you like I can send it to you, and you can either return it or send the Bear Jaws - that would be cool.

And I've got it in my sweaty paws already  :multi:

It looks even better in real life than the pics, and is settling in with my other Bears. Thanks again appletree_man :tu:
