Did an overnighter with my daughter last night.  Brought a few nice knives along but the Surge is the only tool that really saw any action.  Love it!

Added a generic free paint can opener to my sheath.

I'm constantly opening cans or needing a prybar, this should be faster than opening the charge.

Plus, they are free!

No problem! I did add that black peice of rubber and some super glue. Was going to do Paracord but had the rubber tube on hand.

It stops it from sliding too far down into the sheath and through the tiny opening in the eye where it bends back around to create the loop.

It's a 'love it or hate it' MT. But, if you can pick one up for less than $30, it is cool to have. The cutters are flush and great for zip ties. The scissors are great and the drivers are quite good. Hope that helps and I hope your wife doesn't get too pissed. :ahhh
