I was carrying my Bullrush, but decided I really didn't like the sheath (and I really don't like carrying stuff on my belt) so I switched back to my Crucial. Interesting story behind this tool; I used to be a Security Officer for the hospital system I work for and one of the assignments we had was our Psychiatric Hospital. When I started I carried a small folder clipped in my right front pocket. One shift during a rather intense interaction with one of the patients, I noticed he was looking at the clip in my pocket. As soon as that incident was over, the knife went into my waistband at about 1 o'clock. I found myself needing some basic tools and came across the Crucial. It was perfect for what I needed; the sheepfoot blade was the best shape for the cutting I might have to do and the "strap cutter" made easy work of cords and clothing. I actually had to use it to disentangle a psych patient when she wrapped her shirt around her neck trying to harm herself. I was able to cut through it quickly without risk to the patient. This tool is well used and well loved :tu:

That sounds like it was a pretty intense time. That is the interesting thing about multitools, there is no one 'best' multitool for everyone and each one has some advantages that can be utilized in specific situations.

My carry today is still the Mr. Pinchy plus (now testing out an awl, as I figure out I can use a longer tool in the 'short' tool space if it is designed a bit higher and sits inside the plier area). I threw in a picture of one of my custom built watches I was wearing since the colors matched :) Also carrying a knife made from a Bibury Wave clone which has surprisingly little redundancy when carried with this multi plier. I managed to dremel the plier pivot side to the tools there fit and actually have slipjoint tension.

Does that Orange bit help a lot with one handed blade deployment? I never liked how hard it was for me to deploy my P4s blade.

I've been carrying this new multi tool that I bought for $23.00 USD and I'm putting it through every day tasks. I need to make sure that it's decent enough when I travel up to a mountain areas in a few months (nothing "extreme").

So today, I needed to replace the fill valve of one of my toilets, well the rubber washer from one of the main couplers of the water line got "stuck" inside the old fill valve that I took out. So the pliers of the multi tool was able to get in there and take it right out.. Saved me a trip to the hardware store and a lot of frustration.... Saved my day. Don't get me wrong, this will never be a collectors item like my USA milspec Gerber, but "so far" it's working.

I'll be wearing and using it straight for two months and we'll see how it does. Just finished REALLY sanitizing it and re-oiling it. Pics below of my toilet adventure, and here is my review again: https://forum.multitool.org/index.php/topic,90504.msg2397239.html#msg2397239

@OldHappyTiger
Keep us posted how the tool holds up. I just bought a colleague one of those (well, basically the same) since he is moving into his first own home and doesn't have a single multitool!

Here's my carry today: small OHO locking knife, the Mr. Pinch plus and an otherwise stock Super Tinker besides the custom 3D printed scales which employ the tweezers as a spring for a retractable pen system... it also holds the toothpick because why not.
