Also speaking chisels, since you have a Curl Pilot, I thought I'd share what I did with my own.
I like the "a bit too big awl" :D . Seems like a good tool to make and also to trim holes and odd shaped edges in wood.

That chisel mod is an easy starter mod: minimal but still useful mod. Made one for my Squirt some time ago and have used it to scrape stuff with and it works well for that. Wouldn't do any woodworking with it though. I wish more MT models would come with a sturdy chisel.

I think we may need a LM file chisel mod club :D

Have you stained the handle of that Opinel? I like how weightless those Opinels are, even the decent size ones. Is that a 7 or 8? Seems like a great companion blade for your PST

The Opi is a No.6 in Padouk wood which is in it's natural colour. It looks a little more red in the pic than in real life  :salute:

Good size for pocket carry. From the picture I really thought it would be an 8 size! That padouk wood handle looks better in my opinion compared to the more common beech wood handle.

Today I had the luxury to have my breakfast in the woods nearby. Made sausages and halloumi on a twig stove and coffee on an alcohol stove. There was some rain and had to improvise a tarp for myself from a rain poncho.

Curl and Izula assisted me in a best way possible. Curl blade was used to cut the halloumi and the pliers were great for handling the hot twig stove. Izula was used to baton around 20 pieces of 4cm diameter sticks for the twig stove.

After the time in the woods I packed the Izula back into the adventure kit and put the Curl into my jeans pocket for a trip to see some realitives with the baby. Daddy smelled like smoke even thought daddy went to the shower. It's okay. That's the smell of a great time!

I'm not going to lie Pilot, I'm a bit jealous! It's been a while since I made it out into the woods alone... it's been busy. Thanks for sharing!

No clue! Definitely not before I can use both hands at least. I have a feeling it will still be another prototype  :D

That Juice pro looks super versatile!

I'm carrying the same as yesterday but I added a piece so I can use the Victorinox t-shank adapter with the Skeletool as well.

Been a bit busy these last days. Yesterday got my first Gerber so Im carrying this right now in the pocket. Squirt on my keys and Curl in the go bag. So far Im liking the Armbar Slim Cut. The scissors came really sharp and feel sturdy enough for heavier use also, not sure though if the spring will hold up for the whole lifespan of this tool. Just the same size as Spartan but with a thicker and slightly longer blade. The Gerber's a quite different compared to what im used to - Vic and LM but seems like a great SAK to do some heavier cutting also!

Nice carries!  :like:

A colleague recently picked up am armbar and it looked like it could be pretty useful!

A bit redundancy in my carry today but I don't mind.
