Who's going to get a new Spirit X

So how many of you are planning on getting the new X model ? Now me being a bit of an addict when it comes to Swisstools the new Spirit is a must have for me  :D I know alot of people said the Spirit would be the perfect multitool if it wasn't for the Butter knife blade . So here you go  ;) Victorinox has done it  :salute: I'm hopping my wages will be enough to get one when I get payed on the 20th of this month . If not I'm going to have to sell something  :o but what ever happens Tim will be getting an email  :D The funny thing is I won't actually use it  ::) I'm more then happy with the butter knife blade and paired with a Farmer or Climber it fullfills most of my EDC needs .But there is a space in my collection waiting for the "X" to arrive  :D I may invest in one of the little ratchets too .

I'd get one in a heartbeat from Tim, if I wasn't looking at having to buy some bits for my PC soon :cry:

I like 'em both and have a few Charges, Juices, Spirits, etc.  They are all good in different ways.  But since this is the Swiss Forum I must say that Vic is better in the fit and finish.   :D

I haven't had a chance to handle one yet - haven't found a seller around here (yet).  I want to see it in person before I'll order online.  Do SOG's have outside opening blades?

Paid for it today , spent a bit of doe  ::) ::). I am also getting a 2nd hand soldier , First SAK Plus(for eldest son's next birthday), Ratchet + Bits. Tim in all his wonderfulness has swapped the sheaths so I can carry the Ratchet+Bits with the X. :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :drool: :gimme: :gimme: :gimme: :ahhh :ahhh :ahhh
It is going to get a good going over too  >:D >:D >:D
I hope it meets my expectations though, as it is something I have wanted for awhile  :think: :think:

I am tempted to get one...and can easily get one whenver I want to at the Vic store up in Seoul.  They have always had them.  You guys in other parts of the globe are WAY behind the power curve!!

Then again, I use a SOG PowerPlier with EOD crimper in the jaws, and have a Swiss Tool that I have never used before (it cost me $30 at the Osan AFB BX a few months ago).

I'm trying to get som information about customrules, when it's shipped from US. It's HALF price "overthere", compared to European prices... Would very much like to have one..  :)

Once you realise how the handles feel during actual use looks become unnecessary. Trust me on this , when I first saw the Spirit I thought it ugly but remember beauty is only skin deep .
