Zebralight H600 MK II

(Image removed from quote.)

How long have you had this? Are you digging it?

I'm trying to decide if I should go with an H600-series light, or the H502C.

The H600 probably has insane output, but I will be using it primarily for trail running, so weight is of concern for me.

Do you think the H600 would be bounce around if worn as a headlamp while running?
[/quote]

The turbo setting is impressive, but so is the heat! The 300 lumens and below are very cool running.I really like that it ran at 132 lumens for 9hours and 22 minutes at 92F. Never tried the light for running, I use a XM-L modded Nitecore D10 with eneloop, in a NiteCore headband. Have not found anything as comfortable, waterproof or easily adjustable yet. As with everything it is subjective . And my runs are only about 50 minutes long now due to time and gravity :)
Yeah, you right...

I haven't carried a dedicated light in a while, but I am starting to look for something small that will fit in my MUT sheath.

I'm thinking of getting the H600 MkII...the neutral whites look great...

My EDC light remains the Zebralight SC52w.

Still carrying the Nitecore SRT3, loaded with RCR123A.

T10 is an excellent keyring light IMO.

I've got my E05 on my keys and my ThruNite TN12 in my bag.

After using my new ThruNite TN12 at work since I got it, I finally caved and went back to carrying my Eagletac D25A Clicky. :dd:  Nothing wrong with the TN12, I really like it in fact, it's just a little more light (and weight) than I need day-to-day.  I'd forgotten just how much I like the warmer tint of the Eagletac as well. :)

Been carrying my new Inova X1DM-HB. Its a decent light. The UI is a little weird, but what really bugs me is the momentary switch is a bit fidgety and doesn't really work correctly unless the tail switch is turned to the perfect position.

I had the older X1 for a while and I well remember the fiddly 'momentary' function. :-\  I basically never used it for just the reason you said; it had to be just perfectly set for it it work.  However the build quality of inova is excellent. :tu:

At least I know it's not just me.  :tu:

I figure I will mainly use it's constant on feature from twisting the tail cap. I wanted it as a simple light anyways. Plus I can beat it up and not really care about it. I bought it to use when I wan't to give my Zebralight a break for a few days.

Today I used my cutdown MagLite when I`ve repaired our dryer in the basement.
It is a 2D Maglite cut down to a 1D with a LED dropin (450 Lumen) and 3 AA Eneloops.

I've been carrying my blue Fenix E05 for the last few days, but I think I'm going to change to my orange ThruNite Ti for Christmas.  The colour feels just a little more festive. :D

I think the LED maglites are OK actually, not top flight torches perhaps, but they do make the dark places brighter.

Its kinda funny, Maglite use to be one of the top torches made. they still hold a special place with me. I carried one for years and they are made like a tank.

I should admit here that, while I don't often acknowledge it, a 2xAAA mini-maglite LED lives it's life in my organiser that goes pretty much everywhere with me.

My first ever big name torch was also a 2xAAA mini-maglite, just not an LED one.  This would have been 15 or so years ago, still have it, still works, just not very pretty any more. ;)
