It is funny Nomad I sort of worked out what you were saying once I worked out what a 'Bail' was last night  . But neither of my lockspike knives have the ability to fold the bail under the Lockspike , the Currey's bail does not even come in contact with the spike

If it doesn't do it, it is broken, the whole point behind the Currey "Lockspike" is that it locks in this fashion.
