I like the blade shape , not like those braindamaged Turkish clips on the Wave and Charge . Comming out with black oxide right out of the hat will appeal to our brothers and sisters in uniform .

You asked about the weight of the S-T 300. The product spec sheet says 10.1 ounces which is 7/10's of an ounce less than the Core.

Well, this is unexpected.

Looking at the pictures I think this is going to be a very good tool. My only complaint with the Core was the excessive width due to the plastic spacers. From the looks of the 300 it seems to have the same tool loadout but will probably be thinner since the handles show beveling and there is that bend at towards the plier pivots possibly getting rid of 1/8" of plastic?.

This latest design makes sense evolutionarily. It appears to have some of the size advantage of the Supertool with the updated implements, strength and ease of use of the Core. Now, where's the darn pocket clip?

I think I might have found a replacement for my SuperTool

That tool is awesome everything that I love about the SuperTool with all the improvements of the Core

Talk about designing something great

I am definitely excited about this tool

I may have to pre-order 1 of these myself and I never do that

I just hope that sheath is worthy of the tool

And a downside I've seen so far; the BO version has crimpers...and I don't want crimpers...I just want a BO ST 300!.

I'd also like to see some pics of this thing next to a standard Supertool just to estimate the dimensions. Hopefully it will fit in the old ST sheath if they decide to issue garbage sheaths with this.

I am willing to say that it's footprint will be closer to the ST200 and the Core $:-\$ So unless you could track down a ST200 leather sheath (good luck

) it probably won't fit the older sheath

but hopefully I am wrong and it fits in there like a glove

I also hope they date code these as I see no reason for them to stop

The Skeley doesn't have a spot is the reason they were giving for those I think

They also need to do a PST or Pulse update that is similar to this as well as a bigger Crunch
