Nice damascus pattern!
Thanks man! The blade is Damasteel damascus made in Sweden. They use two different stainless steels, one of which is "RWL34." Here's the story behind it:

RWL34 is named after the world famous knife maker Robert W Loveless, January 2, 1929 – September 2, 2010. Bob Loveless or RW Loveless was an American knife maker who designed and popularized the hollow ground drop point blade and the use of full tapered tangs and screw-type handle scale fasteners within the art of knife making.

He is cited by other knife makers and collectors as one of the most innovative custom knife makers in the world.
Bob discovered the use of the Japanese made ball bearing steel ATS34 from Kobe Steel as best suited for his high demands for a stainless hardenable knife steel. Pelle Billgren the founder of Damasteel was in search for the best stainless knife steels and learnt what Bob had discovered. Pelle was able to transform the already good ATS34 into a superior Powder Metallurgy made steel.

Damasteel was the first in the world to produce a powder metallurgy version of the ATS34 named RWL34 after Bob Loveless. Today the RWL34 is made in the world’s most modern powder metallurgy manufacturing facility ensuring an incomparable cleanliness.
RWL34 is particular successful product with very high strength and toughness combined with extreme edge sharpness that is easy to maintain.

Thanks for explaining.
I have a few damasteel knives, they take a great edge, and have good edge retention.

Remington Racing Lockback Knife (Camillus-made).   I think this version was exclusive to Remington; as both the Camillus (Sierra; black and US Flag "Old Glory" edition)and Moore Maker (Roper, yellow scales, carbon steel blade) versions are one-hand opening with metal pocket clips. Definitely so it could be sold cheaper, as it was exclusively found in 325 round boxes of Remington .22 ammo as a freebie with a $12.95 value.

Took a lot of work to get a nice knife out of this. The knife was so dirty, the lock was fouled the whole length of the lock bar with gunk, and the blade needed extensive sharpening.   Not an easy task, Camillus 440A is some hard stuff--ended up using a 1500 grit diamond hone and a ceramic rod to get a good edge on it. But it should hold that edge. But it cleaned up well, and is a very well-built lockback. Great steel, and the lock spring sucks the blade in after it's at that half-closed position.   It's also  3 5/8 closed, about perfect for me.
