Tx Wspeed & RF52. There is utube video about this knife that it is not paper sharp and that is true. Still works well what I do. Bit more thick then normal opinel. I like a bit more sturdy feel. And I think not supersharp edge will hold well. Maybe need more testing with raw meat still.
